Shipping and Returns 

We have a high standard for our customer service, and back the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with your gear let's, get that sorted out to get you back outside!

Shipping Policies 

All orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours when they are placed Monday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be fulfilled on the following Monday or Tuesday.


Please note that shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday on Non-Holidays.


Free shipping will be applied to any orders over $250 excluding bikes and sale items


We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Ground.


We will email a tracking number to the account after your order has been fulfilled.


We reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may cause.

Return Policy 

Return Policy

We charge a 15% Restocking Fee on all returns within 14 days of delivery. We offer store credit up to 30 days after purchase. With original receipt.


All products must be unused with original tags attached and in the original packaging. 


There are no returns on sale items, mounted skis, safety gear, and avalanche safety equipment. 


We want you to be stoked on your new gear! If you have received a damaged item or a different item than purchased at time of, check out, please call the store at (530)-582-4510  or email TahoeSportsHub@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving to expedite this process.

We can also start a return from your online purchase in-store.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy.
